Specifications include, but are not limited to: .JANITORIAL SERVICES: REQUIRED DAILY (on Service days only), Tuesdays & Fridays a. Restroom Floors are clean, free from trash, and disinfected, Sinks, shelving, chrome fixtures, and toilets shall be free of trash and washed inside and out with disinfectant detergent. Performance Standard: Ensure that all restroom floors, sinks, shelving and fixtures are clean and free of trash, litter, dust, spilled liquids then mopped with disinfectant detergent. b. Stock restrooms, kitchen/break areas on all service days with toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. Performance Standard: Ensure restrooms are re-supplied with toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap so that after re-supplying the restroom stock and supplies do not run out prior to the next re-supply period. c. Wastebaskets are to be emptied. Cartons and boxes next to a wastebasket and any other waste are to be removed to the dumpster area. Plastic liner shall be replaced as needed but shall be done as needed and at least once per week. Trash must be deposited in the designated dumpsters nightly and should never be stored within the office area. Performance Standard: Ensure all wastebaskets and other containers within the area are emptied and returned to their location.
