Specifications include, but are not limited to: EJDC is soliciting Submittals from qualified RESPONDENTS who can provide the following services for Participation in SAPTA Jail Depopulation: residential placements for inpatient substance abuse treatment services, transitional housing with case management services and/or treatment services, and participate in Medically Assisted Treatment programs determined to be clinically necessary by the PROVIDER and/or EJDC. Awards will be based on scoring and the number of providers selected will be based on the ability to house the number of participants identified by EJDC for the necessary number of days needed. The intent of this formal Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to receive Submittals from qualified respondents
