Seat pan adjustment (angle, height, depth) Adjustable backrest (angle, height) Must provide comprehensive narrative statement that states the comfort and adjustability of the chair. 5 star base with caster wheels Adjustable Lumbar support (optional) Fully adjustable padded armrest (inward, outward, up, down, and pivot or rotate) Range of fabric options Minimum 10-year Warranty (explaining how the warranty is processed and must provide comprehensive narrative statements that illustrate warranty terms and conditions.) Ability to provide ongoing maintenance and include response time to requests and repair services that are available. Must provide comprehensive narrative statements on the ergonomic and safety features available.
