Specifications include, but are not limited to: complete roof replacement of multiple types of roof systems. The first system is a flat roof, constructed of Built-Up Modified Bitumen over concrete roof deck. The second roof assembly is a pitched roof with slate tiles over a concrete roof deck. The final type is located over 6-barrel style dormers, constructed of lead-coated copper. All roof systems will be replaced in their entirety. In addition to replacing the roof systems, the building will receive all new integral gutters to be tied into the existing downspouts. Existing metal copings will be replaced at the flat roof area and the existing chimneys will be re-pointed. The existing skylight will be removed and replaced
