Specifications include, but are not limited to: Specifications: • Boise State is seeking a qualified vendor to provide 5-gallon bottled water delivery and dispenser management services throughout locations at the Boise State Campus, as directed. • Boise State University reserves the option to add or remove locations of service under negotiated rates. • Each bottled water dispenser must be capable of delivering hot and cold water. • The winning bidder must have warehouse facilities owned or leased in their own company name, located in the Boise metropolitan region, typically defined as Ada, Canyon, and Elmore Counties. Proof of lease or ownership needs to be provided with the signed bid. Scope of Work: Performance of services related to the delivery, stocking, and removal of empty refillable water bottles at University locations, which may include the following preventative maintenance type of issues: ∙ Inspection, servicing, and refilling the bottled water systems of the University’s Bottled Water locations. Including but not limited to the water distribution and storage systems. The awarded vendor shall service the dispenser units in accordance with industry practices, but in any event no less than twice each year. Typical inspections should include: ○ Checking for water quality and temperature. ○ Ensuring the dispenser operating systems are operating for maximum efficiency. Check electrical cords, switches, and safety equipment for any damage and replace them if needed. ○ Dispenser units shall be sanitized both internally and externally.
