Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) is seeking proposals from qualified entities for an advertising agency to draft and execute two years of advertising campaigns including creative execution, media placement strategies and media purchasing with a total budget not to exceed One Million and Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000.00) annually. The primary target audience for these campaigns is low-to-moderate income first-time homebuyers ages 25-49 with an additional focus on minority homebuyers. Secondary target audiences include repeat low-to-moderate income homebuyers and military homebuyers. The goal of the campaign is to drive our target audience to GreatChoiceTN.com. The campaign may include radio, television, print, and/or other media as deemed efficient avenues to reach the target audience. Media buys will be limited to those whose primary audience is within Tennessee.
