Provide all labor, materials, and equipment required for a complete installation, including but not limited to: - Verify dimensions and existing conditions before quoting - Work to be done during normal weekday business hours. Evenings and weekends may be available upon request - Verify existing site conditions before quoting. Notify owner of potential conflict before commencing work. - Protect all areas from damage and construction dust. - Remove and dispose of existing window assemblies - Advise Owner of any needed framing, drywall, or other work to be provided by Owner - Successful vendor shall submit shop drawings for Owner approval before ordering - Install Level 3 ballistic window units at each of the three reception window locations - Units to include clear glass and dark bronze metal frame - Install one natural transmission speak-thru at each window (three total) - Install one transaction tray approximately 16”x10” in existing counter at each window (three total) - Legally dispose of all removed and excess materials from site - Clean, Repair, or Replace any disturbance or damage to pre-existing conditions or better - Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations - Comply with manufacturer instructions and provide all applicable warranties
