Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Richmond Hill is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for the renovation of the exterior of the City Hall building located at 40 Richard R. Davis Drive. This renovation aims to enhance the building’s aesthetic appeal, ADA compatibility, durability and longevity. The scope will include replacement of the existing vinyl siding, trim, and windows, as well as the roof, with materials that are compatible with the City of Richmond Hill historic design district requirements. Additionally, the project will involve various exterior modifications to allow for ADA accessibility at the west and south entries. These improvements focus on enhancing the exterior envelope and overall site accessibility.
