Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposer should include each of the following in its proposed Services description: • Weekly Status Report – The weekly status report must include an overall SOW implementation status (with completed work), and an update to the schedule. • Functional Design Document (FDD) – The FDD must contain a detailed functional design for the NDR Solution. The FDD must also contain details regarding the security of the system at a functional level. This deliverable will include the final design prior to ‘go live.’ • Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) - Proposer must be able to support requirement revisions throughout the different phases of the NDR Solution. Prior to Final Acceptance, Proposer shall reconcile all requirements against the delivered, tested NDR Solution to ensure Proposer has clearly and transparently met each requirement. In addition, the RTM must include State agreed upon structure/elements and confirm clear mapping from requirements, to design documentation, and accurate gap analysis identification between design and NDR Solution functionality. Proposer shall update the RTM as necessary to reflect the state of the NDR Solution throughout the phases of the project. Proposer shall configure, deliver, and maintain the RTM which must include original requirements, updated requirements, and any change requests identified and agreed upon. • Technical Design Document(TDD) – The TDD must contain a detailed technical design of the entire NDR Solution. The TDD must also contain the RTM for the NDR Solution and details regarding the security of the system at a more technical level. This deliverable may need periodic refreshes during the life of the project.
