The Road Home Corporation d/b/a Louisiana Land Trust (LLT) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) from interested individuals or entities for accounting services. LLT desires to contract with a CPA to compile its year-end balance sheet and the related statements of revenue, expenses and changes in fund net assets, statement of activities and statements of cash flow in accordance with Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. LLT also seeks related accounting services, including tax return preparation and accounting assistance to the LLT staff. This RFP is a re-competition of an existing accounting services contract, updated as appropriate based on LLT’s experience and evolving need for services. The selected contractor will commence these functions upon execution of an agreement with LLT.
