Agency anticipates the contractor awarded a contract from a resulting solicitation to provide the following services including but not limited to: Provide on-going research and analysis to support the UHPGB project team who are staffing the Finance and Revenue Committee of the UHPGB. (strategic support) Provide an inventory of current spending on health care including larger and small employers, state of Oregon, local governments, special districts, and individuals as a total dollar amount and a percentage of employer’s costs and household income. (health policy) Identify required start-up costs for a state-based universal health plan and the reserves that would be needed to operate the plan including strategies and timeline for achieving those start-up costs and reserves. (health policy) Provide an analysis comparing and contrasting the status quo to the proposed financing strategy. (financial analysis)
