Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of work shall include: ▪ Contractors shall be required to provide all labor, tools, equipment necessary for demolition and removal of existing building, foundations, and vegetation within the boundaries of the designated area. ▪ Demolition to include existing old asphalt, concrete sidewalks, curb & gutters, existing old basketball court and any Rock boulders left on-site. ▪ Demolition commences upon the completion of the ACM Inspection, Abatement and Remediation phases. ▪ ACM Inspections reports will be provided prior to the commencement of demolition. ▪ Proper Posting & Notices of Trucking Services will be required. Securing the area and notices to be posted in the immediate Project area ▪ Contractor will be responsible for all equipment needed ▪ Contractor to provide a demolition schedule
