Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Automation Control System needs to be monitored to ensure there are no failures to the cooling and heating system for the buildings. The staff on site monitor the system, however if there is an alarm and they do not know how to fix the issue, they need to have someone on call to be able to check the system and trouble shoot the problem or come on site to make repairs. The Building Automation Control uses a software platform called Niagara Server. With this request the Department is going to purchase a maintenance agreement through ATS Inland for the Niagara Server. This is for one year and will line up the renewal of all the automation control systems located on site. This will ensure there are no laps in coverage for any of the control systems. This renewal is due in August so there is not enough time to do a solicitation this year. The Department od Administration is working on an ITB to ensure there is a contract in place before next August.
