Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Integrated Inventory Management Software from an OCHIN/EPIC Preferred Technology Partner a. Easily integrated with OCHIN/EPIC b. Should sustain approximately twenty users across nine clinic locations c. Desired software should be capable of tracking medications, vaccinations, and medical supplies d. Software should limit access to designated users appointed by FQHC e. Stand-alone software that can track certain supplies with the option to integrate into EHR or not 2. Bar Code Scanning a. The desired solution should include scanning capabilities, including scanning manufacturer-provided bar codes. The bar code scanning should not require that the FQHC make own bar codes, but allows for that when needed b. The desired solution should include the provision of physical bar code scanners, and comprehensive training on the use of software and physical tools c. If respondent does not provide physical bar code scanners, respondent should be able to provide clear guidance on supported scanner specifications 3. Tracking and Analysis Capabilities a. The desired solution should allow end users the capacity to collect data that includes customizable templates b. The desired solution should include item-level recall or expiration tracking. If the solution cannot flag recalled items automatically, the end user should have the capability to flag specific medications or supplies c. The desired solution should automate many manual processes for inventory management x Dispensing x Inventory auditing x Stocking of inventory 4. Reporting a. The desired solution should be capable of providing the following reports: i. End user reporting searches for location of product ii. End user reporting searches for User IDs; and User ID access or modifications to inventory iii. End user reporting for lot number-level tracking iv. End user reporting should include comprehensive searches, including location, medications at locations, searches by nearing expiration date, etc. v. End user reporting for wasted, recalled, or expired inventory b. The desired solution should have the ability to logically modify or transfer units to different virtual locations 5. Inventory Item Review a. The desired solution should support the standard operating procedures of appropriate FQHC staff for most items that require tracking and bar code scanning. b. The desired solution should have the capability to scan a box and assign that into virtual fridge in EPIC
