Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide a concise, detailed written report describing the condition of the existing HVAC Negative Pressure Rooms and associated HVAC equipment in four (4) correctional facilities. The evaluation is to be performed using a NEBB certified air balancing contractor. The contractor shall provide final evaluation report no later than November 15, 2024. The four (4) correctional facilities are as follows: • Anchorage Correctional Complex – East (ACCE) • Goose Creek Correctional Center (GCCC) • Spring Creek Correctional Center (SCCC) • Yukon Kuskokwim Correctional Center (YKCC) 2.2 Task 1 – Evaluation Report The contractor shall provide the following as outlined below. A. Contractor shall prepare an evaluation study for each facility that includes an executive summary, narrative, site equipment survey condition report, and any recommendations for improvement, upgrade, repair, or replacement. B. Evaluation to include applicable detailed equipment manufacturer name, model numbers, serial numbers, and any other relevant data tag information from the Variable Air Terminal Units, Supply Air Fans, Exhaust Fans, and Monitoring Controls/Systems. C. Any life/safety issues identified will be reported to the DOC immediately and be included in the draft/final report. D. Recommendations for replacement/modification/repairs and engineers ROM costs to be included. A prioritized list ranking based on the most critical needs, such as “exhaust fan inadequate or needs to be modified or repaired” shall be provided. E. A draft report shall be provided in .pdf format for DOC review and final acceptance/approval. F. Final report shall be submitted in .pdf format.
