Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Phoenix (“City”) Water Services Department (“WSD”) requires a Contractor experienced in providing Proficiency Testing samples for Water Supply (WS), Water Pollution (WP) and Soil/Hazardous Waste (HW) studies for organic, inorganic, and biological methods performed by the compliance laboratory, and the Discharge Monitoring Report – Quality Assurance (DMRQA) study for the City of Phoenix’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) permits, as well as follow up for any failed studies. Additionally, the Contractor must make certified reference materials available for method development and internal proficiencies.
