Specifications include, but are not limited to: Staff envisions that the selected consultant’s scope of work may include the following tasks for both project sites. Scope may vary between sites and be negotiated with the selected consultant: • Develop base mapping utilizing available data and survey by consultant. • Develop preliminary hydraulic and hydrologic data • Develop a preliminary geotechnical report • Analysis of existing road and infrastructure, conditions and ownership • Stakeholder outreach – affected property owners, utilities, agencies, etc. • Facilitate and attend project and stakeholder meetings • Produce a basis of design report describing project challenges, constraints, opportunities and risk factors among other things to help decision-making • Develop up to three conceptual design alternatives and cost estimates • Develop a tool to evaluate the alternatives • Identify additional work needed
