Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Henderson, Nevada, (“City”) is soliciting responses from qualified construction managers/general contractors (“Proposer”) for the performance of Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services for the renovation of the existing restroom facilities located at the Wells Park Pool Building (“Project”). The renovation consists of the removal of two (2) existing gender specific restroom facilities and one (1) storage room. The existing facilities will be replaced with six (6) new gender-neutral single use stalls, one (1) central sink room, and a service corridor for maintenance access. Structural reinforcement of the existing CMU walls at the exterior face will also be required per the structural drawings. The building is located at 1640 Price Street Henderson, Nevada, 89011 on the NW corner of Price Street and Evelyn Avenue. Pre-construction services shall include active participation in the design process including constructability reviews; construction cost estimates at 90% and 100%; system and unit price costing for subcategories of work; advice; project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems. Services also include schedule development, descriptions of long lead time items, analysis and expertise relating to labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project.
