Specifications include, but are not limited to: Located just off highway 89 in Logan Canyon where the turnoff is for Beaver Creek Mountain ski resort there is an area that has 5 picnic tables that need to be fixed and refinished (pictures attached). At least one of the picnic tables needs to be replaced and the other tables need to be re-finished and weatherproofed. Another option we are considering is the replacement of all of the wood tables with new metal tables. We would like the bids to include both options, replacement of the wood tables with metal tables; and repair and replacement of the wooden tables on an as-needed basis. At each picnic site there are firepits that the public can use. They need to be cleaned out.; There is a wooden sign that is currently in the picnic area that talks about the history of Beaver Mountain. We are hoping that the signing can be repaired by replacing the log at the top and re-finishing the other wood, but we are open to suggestions. We would like to keep the historical information. We will work with the successful bidder to provide a Trust Lands sign to be added to the current sign structure. We are thinking something could be added along the side.
