Specifications include, but are not limited to: The responsibilities of Contractor shall, but shall not be limited to, the following. A. Training Categories. Cab and body, engine, transmission, electrical, drive train, and EV/ hybrid. B. In-Person Trainings. 1. In-person training shall be conducted at City’s Fleet division. 2. Contractor shall be able to accommodate multiple day trainings to accommodate City’s personnel schedule. 3. Contractor shall provide any software and/ or tools needed during trainings. 4. Contractor shall provide copies of all training materials and resources used during trainings to the City. 5. Contractor shall have the ability to work with an American Sign Language (ASL) translator provided by the City. C. Online Training. 1. Contractor shall provide an online training catalog accessible at any time. 2. Online training platform shall allow for an unlimited number of users. 3. Contractor shall provide training history of each user along with any applicable certificates of completion. 4. Contractor shall include training categories that fall within the training categories listed in Exhibit A section II paragraph A. 5.
