Specifications include, but are not limited to: ➢ Contract goals: o The timeline is an important goal of this project as soon as the timeline allows (late fall 2024). The May 1st deadline for all work completed is a firm deadline as the pool must be open the first week of May, 2025. o Since this is a Swimming pool deck, quality must be top notch. o Communication and coordination with city staff and CEM Aquatics 3 ➢ Successful contractor team is expected to fulfill the following: o Consist of individuals with experience in delivering similar types of projects. o Provide a project manager that will be on site with project delivery experience with managing similar types of projects. ➢ Provide a unit pricing using the following information: Provide unit prices for this work on in the Pricing/Costs/Fees section of this proposal. ➢ Explain the process of how this work would be accomplished with a tentative schedule.
