Specifications include, but are not limited to: Successful Bidders must: 4.1. Be available for the fall and spring planting seasons; 4.2. “Farming” shall include, but may not be limited to: 4.2.1. Soil Preparation; 4.2.2. Sowing; 4.2.3. Planting: 4.2.4. Seeding; 4.2.5. Hydroseeding; 4.2.6. Pruning; 4.2.7. Bailing; 4.2.8. Irrigating; and, 4.2.9. Harvesting crops. 4.3. Successful bidders must have equipment and operators available to perform the tasks listed in section 4.4 below: 4.4. The contactor shall have the ability to provide “as-needed” farming related services including, but not limited to: 4.4.1. Herbicide application; 4.4.2. Mowing; 4.4.3. Laser Leveling; 4.4.4. Disking; 4.4.5. Border disking; 4.4.6. Ripping; 4.4.7. Brush hogging; 4.4.8. Land Clearing; 4.4.9. Seeding; 4.4.10. No Till Drill; 4.4.11. Irrigation; 4.4.12. Irrigation maintenance; 4.4.13. Sign and fence installation/maintenance 4.4.14. General equipment maintenance; 4.4.15. Tree planting 4.4.16. Tree watering; 4.4.17. Invasive species removal; 4.4.18. Landscaping and maintenance 4.4.19. Road maintenance; and, 4.4.20. Other farming related services as needed.
