Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work Package: 1b – General Work Provide all supervision, labor, material and equipment necessary and incidental to complete all General Work as per the Bid Documents, including but not limited to, the following: Final Architectural Drawings dated November 13, 2023 LRA SD Drawings dated 07/12/24 Final Food Service Drawings dated August 31, 2022 Final Civil Drawings dated 01/23/2024 Furnish & Erect pre-engineered metal building Provide metal building insulation (Basis of Design: Therm-All Proliner System). Provide alternate for wire suspended batt insulation system at roof line. Furnish and install blocking in walls as required. On-going and final clean-up. Work Package: 2 – Sitework Provide all supervision, labor, material and equipment necessary and incidental to complete all Site Work as per the Bid Documents, including but not limited to, the following: Final Architectural Drawings dated November 13, 2023 LRA SD Drawings dated 07/12/24 Final Civil Drawings dated 01/23/2024 Clearing/Grading, underground utilities, GAB parking area (including wheel stops) Curb cut, driveway and sidewalk Site concrete: handicapped parking (including signs and pavement marking), sidewalk Installation and maintenance of required BMPs per GSWCC requirements. Disturbed area is less than 1 acre, so a General Permit will not be required. Temporary & Permanent Seeding included. Work Package: 3 – Concrete Provide all supervision, labor, material and equipment necessary and incidental to complete all Building Concrete Work as per the Bid Documents, including but not limited to, the following: Final Architectural Drawings dated November 13, 2023 LRA SD Drawings dated 07/12/24 Final Food Service Drawings dated August 31, 2022 Final Civil Drawings dated 01/23/2024 Form, place and finish the following concrete: Building Foundations, SOG, Porches (front & back), HVAC condenser pads Includes all needed materials (forms, rebar, sand fill, 6mm poly, concrete, curing compound/sealer) Includes saw-cutting SOG Includes setting anchor bolts. CM will provide anchor bolts and template. CM will verify anchor bolt placement prior to concrete being placed.
