The Request for Quote (RFQ) is for construction services to renovate the rear section of an existing shared office building into an open-concept interior design. The renovations will involve demolishing the existing interior space, adding a new storefront entrance, new exterior storefront windows, constructing new restrooms, all new interior finishes, and conducting associated roof repairs. This portion of the building covers approximately 2,900 square feet. Please Note that the Lady Street Suites entrance, located in the front half of the building will remain occupied and open for business during renovation. Contractors must ensure minimal disruption to the occupied areas, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and coordinate with building management to manage access and construction schedules.
