Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services to be performed by the consultant pursuant to this Project, include, but are not limited, to the following: Phase I: Survey & Data Collection x Complete a topographic survey x Wetland delineation and field data collection Phase II: Construction Plans & Bid Documents x Develop construction plans including but not limited to: o Cover sheet o Index o Typical Sections o Cut/Fill limits o Right of way and/or easement areas o Drainage profiles o Plan sheets o Erosion control plans o Landscape plans x USACE nationwide permit application, as needed x EPD Stream Buffer Variance, as needed x Preparation of Notice of Intent x Draft Temporary Easement Waiver Letters x Complete Right of Way Agreement x Coordination with Utility Companies x Preparation of a construction cost estimate x Address plan review comments x Bid Document package, including construction plans, specifications, bidding details and bid cost worksheet. x Provide a bid advertisement document x Respond to questions from bidders x Prepare addenda as needed x Coordinate and attend the bid opening and review bids for award x Review the bids and the qualification of the lowest bidder x Preparation of a bid recommendation letter Phase III: Construction Administration – Technology Park Trail Phase II x Preparation of the Contract Agreement between the City and the selected contractor x Coordination of the pre-construction meeting x Provide 7-day letter, as needed x Provide responses to questions during the bidding and construction phases, as needed x Coordination with Contractor and Utility Companies x Review and approve Contractor’s Pay Applications x Periodically review Contractor’s operations x Coordinate and conduct final inspection and prepare final punch item list x Process project’s close out documents
