Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Screen and evaluate students to determine the need for formal evaluations of specific skills, which will be conducted in a timely manner from the date of request. 2. Evaluate identified students using standardized tests, clinical observations, and functional assessments. 3. Develop, implement, and monitor individual education plans (“IEP”) for identified students, including, but not limited to, long-term goals, short-term objectives, location of therapy services, and frequency of therapy services. 4. Attend and participate in team and multidisciplinary meetings necessary for the identified student’s annual IEP and evaluation planning. The Provider’s attendance at the initial IEP meeting shall be mandatory. 5. Perform individual/group therapy sessions, as indicated by evaluations and as designated on the IEP. 6. Consult with teachers and members of the multidisciplinary team to offer professional insights and monitor progress of the identified students. 7.
