Downspouts: Remove and replace damaged portions of downspouts 2 HOME EXTERIOR: Exterior wall covering materials (siding): Remove existing cover siding and replace with vinyl siding. Windows: Remove and replace old windows with new vinyl windows. Eaves, Soffits, Fascia: Cover with aluminum soffit & fascia Stairs, Steps, Stoops, Stairways and Ramps: Remove and replace within code compliant stairs and railing system. Porches, Patios, Decks, Balconies: Remove and replace front porch footings to compliant slope. Stabilize and paint over cracked and peeling paint on porch, including columns and soffits 3 BASEMENT, FOUNDATION, CRAWLSPACE, STRUCTURE: Stabilize foundation on the west and north wall. Waterproof basement walls to address water infiltration. Remove and replace basement hatch.
