A. The Contractor will be responsible to provide emergency and non-emergency disaster cleanup, repair, and restoration services on an as-needed, if-needed basis. 1. Clean-up, repair, and restoration will cover damage from biohazards, fire, mold, smoke, vandalism, water, wind, and any other elements which require repair to buildings and/or other property. B. The scope of work will vary with each individual job order. Services performed under this Contract may include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Damage assessment; 2. Written and photographic documentation; 3. Air quality testing and reporting; 4. Final air clearance certification; 5. Fire, smoke, and water remedial services; 6. Furniture removal and storage (if necessary); 7. Mold testing and abatement; 8. Full restoration of the unit including but not limited to: a. Carpet, b. Construction items, c. Drywall, d. Electrical, e. Plumbing, f. Residential systems, g. Sewer, h. Tile; 9. Certificate of Completion (COC): a. Within forty-eight (48) hours of an individual job order's completion, the Contractor will provide a Certificate of Completion (COC) to the Contract Representative or City designee. b. Each COC must include but not be limited to the following: i. Scope of work performed, ii. Containment and decontamination reports (line-item report of labor, materials used, and waste disposal), iii. Hygienist sample report, iv. Hygienist clearance report.
