Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Proposal must meet online curriculum needs for 4,252 Students in grades 6 – 12. • Program must provide a flexible digital learning platform combining high-quality online courses and student instructional services based on Tennessee Standards and assessments and ensure academic integrity. • Provide a robust, online library of curriculum and coursework aligned with Tennessee Standards. • Provide highly qualified certified Tennessee teachers who have training, expertise, proven record in delivering high quality instruction in a blended learning and online school environment. • Program needs to be customizable to the learning needs of students. This includes the ability to reduce difficulty and number of lessons provided to students to meet IEP requirements. • Course Catalog must provide courses that meet the National Collegiate Athletics Association. • Program must facilitate communication among students, teachers, families and other stakeholders. • The program must also provide the ability for teachers and administrators to view students progress, grades, and reports to monitor student outcomes. • Provide a liaison who will work with the school department personnel to support students and families. • Provider must provide implementation and program setup support. Provide a dedicated system implementation specialist while implementing and ongoing while providing instructional services. • Provide online tutorials to students and families on the program, use of platform, and other technology to support student learning as appropriate. • Learning platform must meet all ADA Accessibility Guidelines
