Send notices to WCCLS patrons in multiple languages, based on patron preference in the ILS o At minimum: ▪ English ▪ Spanish ▪ Vietnamese ▪ Simplified Chinese C. Support for additional Washington County Safe Harbor languages preferred: o Korean o Arabic o Russian o Japanese o Filipino/Tagalog o Khmer/Cambodian o Persian/Farsi o Somali o Support for further additional languages preferred D. Services for address verification, executed on an as-needed basis E. Verify patron address changes.
