Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Atlanta's Department of Procurement ("DOP") on behalf of the Mayor's Executive Office ("EXE") is seeking a reputable Non-Profit ("NP") with operations in Atlanta to serve as administrative and financial partner for management and legal services. 3.1.1.1 Case Management Design and Implementation a. In collaboration with the Housing Help Center, identify and implement best practice case management necessary for the long-term success of the program. b. Create standardized procedures and protocols for identifying legal challenges and providing appropriate support. 3.1.1.2 Collaboration and Partnership a. Partner closely with the Housing Help Center to align strategies and goals for effective case management. b. Establish clear communication channels and coordinated efforts between the non-profit partner and the Housing Help Center. c. Implement a holistic approach integrating legal assistance with other case management services to address residents' unique needs comprehensively. d. Foster an environment of empowerment and advocacy to enhance residents' housing stability and overall well-being. 3.1.1.3 Legal Support and Cross-Referrals a. Provide legal support to residents with issues affecting their ability to obtain housing. b. Conduct thorough assessments to identify legal issues impacting residents' housing stability, such as eviction defense and tenant rights violations. c. Create individualized service plans that incorporate legal assistance tailored to each resident's specific legal challenges. d. Ensure plans are comprehensive, actionable, and aligned with resident goals and preferences. e. Prioritize interventions based on legal urgency and resident needs. f. Coordinate resources efficiently, including legal expertise, to address residents' housing-related legal issues promptly. g. Facilitate access to legal aid, advocacy services, and other resources critical for protecting residents' housing rights. h. Provide continuous support and guidance to residents throughout legal processes and challenges. i. Offer emotional support and practical advice to empower residents in navigating legal complexities.
