Roof Section 1 & 2 - Roof Preparation & Installation 1. Remove Existing Roof System Membrane down to insulation surface. 2. Remove wet insulation per IR Scan and replace with matching. Sweep clean surface of insulation of all dirt and debris. 3. Install 1 - 1" Layers of PolyISO insulation mechanically fastened to metal roof deck, install crickets and saddles per insulation taperage drawings. 4. Install Woodfiber Recovery Board in Hot asphalt. 5. Install 1 (One) Layers of Modified Base Sheet in Hot Asphalt for field and flashings. 6. Install 1 (One) Layer of Smooth Surface Modified Cap Sheet in Hot Asphalt for field of roof and 1 (One) Layer of Mineral Surface Modified Cap Sheet in Hot Asphalt for roof flashings. 7. Install Hot Asphalt Flood and Gravel Surface over field of roof. 8. Install New 24ga Sheet Metal to Perimeters, Flashings, Counter Flashings, Coping Caps, etc. 9. Install New Pitch Pockets with Umbrellas and Plumbing Stack Lead Flashings. 10. Install New Cast Iron Drains, sump into roof with 8' x 8' sumps. Roof Section 3 - Roof Preparation & Installation 1. Remove Existing Roof System down to Metal Deck. 2. Remove deteriorated metal deck and replace with matching deck. Sweep clean metal deck of all dirt and debris. 3. Mechanically fasten Securock Recovery Board to Metal Deck. 4. Install 1 (One) layer of Modified Base Sheet over Recovery Board, as Vapor Barrier. 5. Install 2 - 2" Layers of PolyISO insulation moped in Hot Asphalt to Vapor Barrier, install crickets and saddles per insulation taperage drawings. 6. Install Woodfiber Recovery Board in Hot asphalt. 7. Install 1 (One) Layers of Modified Base Sheet in Hot Asphalt for field and flashings. 8. Install 1 (One) Layer of Smooth Surface Modified Cap Sheet in Hot Asphalt for field of roof and 1(One) Layer of Mineral Surface Modified Cap Sheet in Hot Asphalt for roof flashings.
