Specifications include, but are not limited to: This request is for Landscaping services for the Idaho Falls Campus. The Department needs to process a purchase order to continue the Landscaping Services. There was a contract for these services, but the contractor did not provide the services required. The contractor was put on a cure notice but failed to correct the problems. The State terminated the contract. The Landscaping Services are for employee and property safety. In the Spring and Summer months, these services keep the grounds aesthetically pleasing and, in the Fall, and Winter months they remove both ice and snow. With this request the Department is going to purchase Landscaping services to ensure there are no laps in service. The Department of Administration is working on a competitive solicitation which will be completed this fiscal year
