This Contract provides for the construction of three concrete tanks on one shared foundation. Each tank shall have an inside diameter of 30’, and a height of 34’ to the overflow outlet. The total height of each tank (including railings on roof) must be less than 40’. This project will also include installation of approximately 259’ of 8” DI pipe, tank drainage appurtenances for the new tanks, security fencing, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. This contract provides demolition and removal of the abandoned concrete reservoir located at the end of Sullivan Road on Bainbridge Island. This reservoir is located within a Category IV wetland buffer, and a non-fish-bearing stream (Type Ns) buffer. Once demolished, the disturbed area must be restored in accordance with the attached restoration plan provided by Ecological Land Services (ELS). All work shall be in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
