Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1 Programmatic Customizations: Conduct a thorough review of SCCB’s Aware CMS documentation. Perform a comprehensive review of SCCB’s Aware CMS focusing on parameters such as system master parameters, case type parameters, authorization type parameters, lookup tables, and staff security. Draft and present an Aware programmatic customizations report, organized by case linear processes, and provide additional user interface and administrative recommendations in a prioritized order. Conduct a data assessment for recommended changes to provide impact of potential customizations and provide SCCB with a full report of customization recommendations prior to presentation. Present Aware CMS customization recommendations during a full day in-person session with SCCB. Phase 2 Implementation of Customizations: Engage with the SCCB team to prioritize system changes and develop a testing timeline. Provide a minimum of ten (10) hours of guidance to the SCCB System Administrator on Aware CMS adaptation changes, testing them in the Aware test environment, and implementing validated changes in the production environment. Provide a minimum of ten (10) hours of virtual support for SCCB staff training on system customizations. Provide up to two hours of support for SCCB staff on final updates to look up tables. Support SCCB staff during the customization process to update or create documentation needed for system changes (staff communication, standard operating procedures, policy updates). Provide a minimum of ten (10) hours of drafting language as needed. Coordinate with SCCB IT to update the Aware test environment with most recent production data. Provide up to 10 hours of support to the SCCB system administrator to make system customization changes in the Aware test environment. Provide guidance and instructions to administration team on how to test adaption changes in the Aware test environment. Review and analyze potential data impacts to system changes. Summarize data impact and testing findings and present (via virtual meeting) to SCCB for discussion. Provide support to SCCB team to prioritize system changes and develop timeline for implementation in production. Provide up to 5 hours of virtual training to program leads in system customizations (train the trainer).
