Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Oregon, Employment Department (OED) is seeking bids from qualified individuals or firms, hereinafter referred to as “Bidders,” to provide ongoing maintenance, repair and replacement services to the HVAC and controls system at OED’s Eugene Field Office located at 2510 Oakmont Way, Eugene, OR 97401. The preventative maintenance shall include quarterly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance, through inspections, detailed operating equipment safety checks, responding to service calls and replacement of minor parts and components as needed. Equipment replacement shall be provided as needed to maintain the operations of the HVAC and Controls Systems. All services must meet the minimum requirements listed in the Statement of Work.
