Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform Trainings, Workshops, and Technical Assistance to improve participants’ competencies, in the following areas, and possibly others. Note: Proposes can submit Proposals to provide such services in one or more of the following areas. 2.4.1.1. Leadership and organizational knowledge and skills to provide team-based leadership and organization within the state or local public health authorities necessary to identify and defines the strategic direction needed to achieve public health goals and to guide stakeholders to accomplish those goals: • Psychological safety • Culture of belonging • Culture of wellness • Conflict/Resolution and influencing others • Facilitation • Other 2.4.1.2. Health Equity and Cultural Responsiveness knowledge and skills that are necessary to: • ensure equal opportunity to achieve the highest attainable level of health for all populations through policies, programs and strategies that respond to the cultural factors that affect health; • correct historic injustices borne by certain populations; and • prioritize development of strong cultural responsiveness by public health organizations including but not limited to the following subjects: • Health equity best practices • Equity and cultural sensitivity • Diversity, equity, justice, and inclusion • Trauma informed approaches • Anti-racism • Other
