Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1 The Proposer shall provide prompt, professional service to the County on the outlined scope of work. The selected Proposer will be required to work closely with a designated Project Manager (PM) assigned to the Project along with agency representatives and others as determined by the County. Services for the Project will be determined by the County and may include but not limited to any of the services listed below. 2.2.2 The Proposer must agree to perform these services according to the scope of work and time frame designated and established by this RFP. 2.2.3 The Proposer must include the appropriate consultants, engineers, and team members to meet the Master Plan requirements. Additional consultants and experts to be considered include but not limited to the following: Architects, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Landscape Architect, Interiors, Sustainability, etc. 2.2.4 Required Specialty Consultants (“Specialty Consultants”): the Proposer must include the following specialty consultants: 2.2.4.1 Estimator 2.2.4.2 Facility Condition Assessment Team 2.2.5 Consider the following specialty consultants: 2.2.5.1 Communications or Public Relations Specialist 2.2.5.2 Kitchen Services
