Change Management: Develop a change management plan to assist with the transition from OPAL to the new solution. Training and Documentation: Provide training, online self-paced video tutorials, and user manuals for various stakeholders. System Design and Development Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct thorough requirements gathering to ensure that the system meets NDE's needs. System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the solution to align with NDE's unique licensure processes. System shall meet State security standards: Transmission and storage of personal information as outlined in NRS 205.4742, NRS 603A, and S5.06.01 . Data Migration Data Mapping and Extraction: Extract all historical data and any attachments from OPAL and map it to the new system. Data Cleansing and Validation: Ensure data quality through cleansing and validation processes. Integration Third-party Systems Integration: Integrate the new solution with existing state systems, including financial, HR, and background check systems. External API Access: Provide secure API access to third-party entities and applications. Support and Maintenance Ongoing Support: Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, feature requests, and maintenance.
