Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. GSI design services may include, but are not limited to: 1. Research, Investigative, Design, Planning or Programming Services 2. Site analysis 3. Design Services and Construction Documents 4. Construction Administration. 5. As-Built Drawings. 6. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans 7. Hydrology/Drainage reporting 8. Quantity Take-offs 9. Bid tabulation B. Preliminary design program requirements for each project are compiled from information provided by City departments. The Consultant shall use this data as a basis to establish the detailed project requirements and functional relationships required for development of a definitive design program. The basic project requirements that determine the design of the GSI/landscape architectural project shall be a product of the Consultant's detailed analysis and research of the needs and requirements of the project with direction provided by City departments. C. Consultant shall be responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all services rendered under this contract and correct all errors of omission or commission on the drawings, specifications and all other documents notwithstanding prior acceptance by the City. D. Consultants shall be available to accept new projects for the City on an as-needed basis and be able to meet deadlines for the completion of those projects. Unavailability to assume specific projects, or inability to meet the City's schedule as required, may result in not awarding the Consultant the particular project or future projects under this contract.
