Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Contract provides for the improvements of drainage and pavement features at Lacey Transit Center and Amtrak Station. In the southeast quadrant of the Lacey Transit Center, replacement of trench drain system; replacement of storm sewer pipe; replacement of cement concrete; replacement of cement concrete sidewalk; replacement of cement concrete curb; topsoil stripping; and replacement of quarry spall lined drainage path. In the northern parking lot of Amtrak Station, restoration of existing biofiltration swale, topsoil stripping; removal of four (4) trees; replacement of storm drain culverts; replacement of cement concrete sidewalk; and quarry spalls, and all other work, all in accordance with the contract plans, contract provisions, and Standard Specifications. Additive Alternate #1 includes only the work associated with the Amtrak Station.
