Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Work shall include a range of activities, listed below, to be provided on an individual work order basis. Specific project types may include, but are not limited to: 1) Maintenance and Support Services: Offer ongoing maintenance and technical support for the ESRM applications, including but not limited to ArcGIS Online Organization account, CityWorks Asset Management System, eBuilder Project Management Support System, and Artificial Intelligence applications. Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction. Implement updates and patches to software applications to maintain security and functionality as needed (most software are cloud based and auto-update, but there may be exceptions). 2) Configuration Services: Provide configuration services for ESRM applications to meet the specific needs and workflows of the DOT Harbors Engineering team. Develop and implement additional features or integrations as requested, enhancing the utility and efficiency of the applications. 3) Licensing Services: Assist in the procurement and management of licensing agreements for ESRM applications, ensuring compliance and uninterrupted access to necessary tools and systems.
