Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, on behalf of the Airport Department, is accepting bids to provide labor, equipment, and materials to replace the main section of the roof approximately 5,600 SF over the Airport Terminal Building, 525 Airport Road, Hot Springs. The following scope of work describe the minimum requirements for this project: Tear off existing roof and metal trim to the decking Inspect decking, seal cracks as necessary Install self-adhered vapor barrier and primer (if required) over entire concrete deck Install 1/4" per foot tapered Polyiso insultation system with 1-1/2" minimum to start Install 1/2" coverboard over taper system - Factory Primed Gypsum Fiber or HD Polyiso Install Fully Adhered 60 mil TPO membrane over new coverboard Install new roof drains and piping as needed, approximately two (2) Flash all penetrations as required by manufacturer Install new 24 ga prefinished metal trim at perimeter edge and wall flashings Provide the City with a twenty (20) year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty and a two (2) year contractor warranty Clean up debris form the site and haul off, daily and upon completion of project. Work area is to be clean and free of any debris, screws and/or other material and hazards. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all permits pertaining to local, state and federal codes and regulation.
