Specifications include, but are not limited to: Total Bid Bid Price to Construct the Work per the project drawings titled Dykes Branch Pump Station Improvements dated 07/18/2024 and per the project manual titled Specifications for Dykes Branch Pump Station Improvements dated 07/18/2024. The Work is generally described as Rehabilitation and capacity upgrades to the Dykes Branch Pump Station that includes: • Demolition of existing wet weather pumps, and; • Demolition of existing mechanical bar screen, and; • Demolition of identified electrical and controls components, and; • Demolition of identified piping, valves and fittings, and; • Installation of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and; • Installation of new piping, valves, and fittings, and; • Installation of a new mechanical bar screen and a new washer compactor, and; • Installation of three (3) new submersible, solids handling pumps, and; • Installation of new electrical gear, and; • Installation of a new generator, and; • Construction of a new dumpster canopy. • Installation of a new skylight system, and; • Identified improvements to the exterior of the facility, including roof, loading dock, and doors
