Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall be responsible for providing CCTV and Cleaning Services at LRWRA facilities as shown above, on an as needed basis. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision as specified in specific Work Orders provided by LRWRA. The scope of the work order may include, but not limited to, the following: • CCTV Inspection: Using closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras to inspect the interior of sewer lines for blockages, damage, or other issues. • Cleaning Sewer Lines: Removing debris, roots, and other obstructions from sewer lines using highpressure water jets or mechanical equipment. • Wet Well, Tankage, or Structure Cleaning: Cleaning and removing sludge, grease, and other build-up from wet wells at pump stations, treatment facility tankage, or structures within the collection system to ensure efficient operation. • Bypass Pumping: bypassing of flows as needed to perform cleaning and/or televising of assets. • Reporting and Documentation: Providing detailed reports and documentation of the inspection and cleaning activities, including any identified issues and recommended repairs. B. Contractor must provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, licenses, permits, items required for safe operations, and all incidentals required for the complete and satisfactory performance of CCTV and Cleaning Services as defined by LRWRA. LRWRA may choose to provide all or some of the required materials for job completion. C. The Contractor may be asked to attend a pre-construction meeting for each project and be prepared to discuss the following topics: • The general scope of the work • Methods and alternatives for accomplishing the work and value engineering • Access to the site and protocol for admission / access • Hours of construction operation • Staging area • Specific quality requirements for equipment and material • Requirements for catalog cuts, technical data, samples, shop drawings and incidental design • The presence of any hazardous materials • Temporary services and shutoffs • Safety issues / concerns and procedures • Construction duration • Date on which price proposal is due D. Contractor must meet or exceed all requirements and specifications as set forth in this solicitation and as provided in a LRWRA work order. E. All work performed by the Contractor must meet all applicable state and local codes and the Contractor shall be required to obtain all required permits and inspections. F. LRWRA shall have the right to amend specifications and requirements, to add or remove specifications, service locations, and any services offered by the Contractor under the scope of this contract and any subsequent workorder, based on revisions in federal, State, and/or local regulations, or as determined to be in the best interest of LRWRA.
