Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, etc. — to provide medical waste service for Central Louisiana Supports and Services Center. 2. Agency will package and secure the appropriate materials in red bags supplied by vendor specifically designed for bio-medical waste and place in the vendor's boxes. 3. Vendor shall be responsible for picking up boxes of potentially infectious bio-medical waste from building's designated storage site and responsible for loading in to transportation vehicle. 4. Approximately three 28 gallon containers of regulated medical waste are to be picked up on a monthly schedule agreed upon by Central Louisiana Supports and Services Center and vendor. Other services include Hazardous Waste Incompatibles as needed, Hazardous Waste (D/U) bi-annual, RX destroyer product two cases annually, two gallons of controlled substance disposal annually. 5.
