Bulloch County is seeking professional services for the purpose of engineering and designing paved roadway and drainage improvements to the following County maintained roads: Prather Road, Grimshaw Road, Grimshaw Lane, Floyd Clark Road, Deer Run Road, Deer Run Court, & Deer Run Lane. Applicants shall be licensed and qualified to provide professional services that include developing and finalizing all necessary project plans, environmental documentation & permitting, opinion of probable construction cost, construction time duration, construction bid documents & services, construction bid assessment & recommendation, and construction site visits. The identified County Roads are currently maintained using resources from the Bulloch County Public Works Department and therefore, the engineering and design for paved roadway and drainage improvements should be completed as soon as practicable. The County prefers that the work included in this solicitation be completed in 270 calendar days or less from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Time is of the essence.
