Specifications include, but are not limited to: Daily Janitorial Services: The following services must be performed daily on each Business Day; however, if the Contractor or ADE notice any areas requiring additional attention, then the services must be provided accordingly to keep the areas clean. 1. Clean all entrance glass. 2. Vacuum entrance mats, carpets, and rugs. Spot clean when needed. 3. Inspect and monitor outside perimeter of building and entrances including sweeping, gum removal, and trash removal. 4. Clean restrooms multiple times daily and restock paper towels, paper tissue, and soap. 5. Empty waste receptacles, including hallway receptacles if full or odorous. 6. Clean water fountains and all areas around water fountains. 7. Maintain break room and collect trash, vacuum, and dust. 8. Polish and sanitize all metal in and around all passenger elevators. 9. Sweep, mop, and clean freight elevator. 10. During inclement weather, such as rain, snow, sleet, freezing rain, etc., all wet floors must be mopped multiple times during the day and wet floor signs must be placed near all entrances and elevator lobbies...
