Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The heat pumps shall be energy-efficient units with a minimum Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) for cooling and a minimum Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF) for heating that match or exceed the capacity of our existing unit (specs attached as a separate file). B. All units shall have a capacity range suitable for the specific heating and cooling load requirements indicated in this schedule.Fluid Flow (GPM)Pressure Drop (FtHd)Cooling ModeHeating ModeElectricalGroundBuildingGroundBuildingMBHEGWTECHWTLCHWTMBHEGWTWHWTLHWT VoltsPhase32.225.986.2135.2755444138.7451101202083 C. The heat pumps must be compatible with our existing geothermal system and designed for ground-to-water applications and pure water as this system does not have antifreeze in it. D. The new heat pumps shall utilize environmentally friendly refrigerants that are low GWP and low ODP such as R-454B and R-32. E. The equipment must comply with the standards set forth by the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) and be UL-listed. F. The vendor must provide a warranty for the heat pumps, covering parts and labor for a minimum of 5 years. G. All equipment shall be new and not refurbished. H.
