Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Remove and replace all existing damaged roofing. B. Affected items include but are not limited to asphalt roof shingles, underlayment, wood truss, plywood sheathing, metal flashing, scupper drain. C. Clean entire roof of debris, clean out all gutters and downspouts. D. Job site and premises will be kept clean, and work will be conducted in a manner least disruptive to site occupants. E. Haul away all debris caused by the above work according to code and industry standards. F. The roofing repair work must be done accordance to industry standards using the very best material available and work done by competent individuals licensed and/or certified by the manufacturer. G. Contractor will guarantee work for two (2) years unconditionally, to include material and labor. H. Product delivery, storage and handling - deliver materials to the job site in original, unopened containers, with the manufacturer's name, brand name and installation instructions.
